Initially used as the Hamidiye Regiment Barracks, this building was later converted into the 119th Mobile Gendarmerie Territorial Battalion and Garrison Command, 4th Court. The mobile gendarmerie served as the Territorial Battalion and Garrison Command, the 4th Territorial Battalion Command Center and the Cizre slipstream. The area served as the Battalion Command Center and the Cizre slippery slope.
