The Lady Helper Con Cathedral was built in 1870 by the Archbishop of Skopje, Dario Bucciarelli, in Neo-Romanesque architecture. In the building complex there is a clock tower built by Thomas Glasnovic, a Croatian monk and architect. On the north side of the church, the cathedral has a fresco of Mr. Alexander painted in 1883 by Arnavut Gjergj Panariti, a monk and painter from Korçë.
