Various artifacts such as terracotta or metal vessels, figurines, ritual symbols, glass artifacts, coins, ornaments, tablets, sculptural works and funerary stelae are carefully exhibited in this section.

In the first floor showcases, there are works belonging to the Prehistoric and Protohistoric periods, and on this floor, a chronological display is made, starting from the Neolithic period and reaching its peak with the works of the Phrygians. While works from the Mycenaean, Geometric, Archaic, Classical and Hellenistic periods can be observed in the second floor showcases, the focus is on important works from the Roman and Byzantine periods on the 3rd floor. Department of Turkish-Islamic Works: The exhibition in the Azaryan Mansion begins on the first floor, in the room where works from the Early Islamic, Seljuk, Ayyubid, Mamluk, Timurid and Safavid periods are exhibited chronologically.

The Iznik ceramic collection of Sadberk Hanım Museum is one of the few collections in the world. In the exhibition, the development of Iznik ceramic art from the end of the 15th century to the mid-17th century can be observed. The development of Ottoman ceramic art between the 18th century and the 20th century is shown in the showcases where Kütahya and Çanakkale ceramics are exhibited. Ottoman period monogrammed silver and tombac works, which constitute one of the other prominent collections of the museum, are exhibited on the first floor of the Turkish-Islamic Department. The collection of Chinese porcelains, although modest, is an important treasure for those who want to examine the Chinese porcelains used during the Ottoman period. On the second floor of the Turkish-Islamic section, a rich collection of traditional Ottoman period women's clothing, as well as Ottoman weavings and embroideries, is exhibited.
