The Aktekke Mosque

Aktekke Mosque is located in Imaret Mahallesi in the center of Karaman. The mosque is in the shape of an ashtray with a bathroom around it, dervish cells, a hazira (cemetery) in the south and west and tombs and tombs inside. The mosque, known locally as the Aktekke Mosque, is called the Mader-i Mevlâna Mosque due to the presence of the tomb of Mevlâna's mother, Mümine Hatun. It was built in 1370 by Alaaddin Bey of Karamanoğlu.
