Construction of the Clock Tower in the city center began on October 30, 1923 and was completed on October 29, 1924. It was started by Taburköylü Muhittin Usta and completed by Rizeli İbrahim Usta. The four clocks and machinery attached to the tower were imported from Germany. The height of the tower from the ground is 21 meters, and it is climbed by a staircase with 41 steps.
