İğneada gezmeye doyamayacağınız güzelliklerle dolu olan bir yer. İğneada plajı ise söylenenlere göre Türkiyenin en uzun plajı imiş. Plaja yukarıdan Belediye tarafından bakarsanız ne kadar büyük ve güzel olduğunu daha iyi anlıyorsunuz. Biz İğneada'ya 24 ağustos tarihinde İstanbul-Çerkezköy-Poyralı üzerinden geldik. Geldiğimiz tarihte hava sıcaklığı gündüz 35 derece idi. Deniz suyu sıcaklığı da 23-24 derece idi. Normalde Karadeniz soğuk olur, sıcak deniz sevenler için girmesi zordur. Fakat Akdenizi aratmayan hava ve su sıcaklığı biz de de şaşkınlık yarattı. Tek şansızlığımız deniz balık sezonunun açılmamış olması idi. Bu nedenle çok istemekle birlikte balık yiyemedik. İğneada plajı çarşaf gibi, bizim geldiğimiz tarihte dalga, esinti yoktu. Plajda her türlü imkan var. Şemsiye ve şezlong fiyatları oldukça makul. Yiyecek içeçek fiyatları da keza öyle. Geldiğinize pişman olmayacağınız bir bölge.

Eşsiz manzarası ve doğası ile bir bütün içinde olan deniz kıyısı görenleri büyülüyor. Plajın arka kısmında Mert gölü var. Bu gölde daha önce görmediğiniz kuşlar ve balıklar var. Kısa bir kano turu ile inanılmaz türler görebilir ve fotoğrafları çekebilirsiniz. Lakin artan deniz kirliliği kendini fazlasıyla kıyı şeridinde yansıtmış. Kıyının sığ ve derinlerinde yosundan dolayı yüzülemez bir hale gelmiş durumda ayrıca kıyı boyunca gelen insanların çöplerini etrafa bırakmasından dolayı kirlilik fazla. Alkol içen insanların duyarsızlığı ve bıraktıkları şişeler etrafa kötü görüntü vermesi insanlara, hayvanlara, ağaçlara yani herşeye zarar verebilecek durumda ve çok tehlikeli bir hal almış. Plaj sorumlularının yeterli önlemi ve bakımları yapmamaları durumu daha da kötüye götürüyor. Sizden ricam lütfen çöplerinizi kıyı şeridinde bırakmayın ve kirletmemeye özen gösterin.

Her sene mutlaka gittiğim yerlerden biri.Gidiş yolu baya virajlı ve meşakatli ama gittiğinize değiyor açıkçası ben seviyorum :) Yine her zamanki gibi plajı ücretli alana çevirmiş işletmeler var ama biz ücretsiz alanlarda kalmayı tercih ediyoruz.Denizi baya dalgalıydı ama keyif almasını bildikten sonra dalga pek önemli değil :) Denizi baya yosunlu ve biraz da tuzlu tabi. Çarşıda Wc bulunuyor özel işletmeye ait, etrafında bim,a101 şok kasap fırın herşey mevcut ve yürüme mesafesinde hepsi.Yazlık bir yer olarak benim beklentimi karşılıyor açıkçası.

Genel anlamda güzel bir plaj, çevresinde ihtiyaçlarınızı giderebileceğiniz yeme içme market ve giyim mağazaları mevcut, ancak plajın meydana bakan kısmı çöplük gibiydi daha bakımlı olabilirdi. Meydanın altındaki wc yi kokusundan bulabilirsiniz diyeyim siz anlayın.

Çok uzun bir sahil. Deniz sıcaklığı kasım ayına göre ortalamaydı. Çevre sahilinde çöpler bulunmakta. Onun haricinde çok da ayrı bir özelliği yok. İstanbuldaysanız belki 2 günlük gelinebilir .
