The City Forest was organized and opened to the public in 2005. The district of Çınarcık, which is located within the boundaries of the Çınarcık Forest Operating Directorate, which is part of the Yalova Forest Operating Directorate, is located in the Erikli Plateau. Users coming from the Yalova direction; Following the Çınarcık, Tesvikiye route, Armutlu, Gemlik; Visitors coming from the Bursa direction can reach the asphalted villages of Hayriye, Selimiye and the urban forest from the Delmece Plateau direction. Within the 95-hectare urban forest, there are remarkable waterfalls, a 2-kilometer hiking trail, a multi-purpose hall, children's playgrounds, sports grounds, seating and resting groups, toilets, fountains, picnic areas, drinking water and sinks, a drawbridge, walking terraces, the double waterfalls of Erikli, decorated with ivy, chestnut, oak, maple, pine and pine trees, a place of unique beauty where all the beauties that nature has to offer to humans can be experienced together, accompanied by the sound of all kinds of birds.
