The historic prison of Sinop

The Historic Sinop Closed Prison, once described as the "Alcatraz of Anatolia", was closed in 1999 and turned into a museum. In the past, many famous names counted their days in this structure dating back to ancient times. The prison, located in Sinop Fortress, has been the subject of many poems and songs.
