Tartan Manor, located in the center of Karaman, was built in 1810 by Hajji Ahmet Efendi from Tartanzade. The structure, which is one of the best examples of Anatolian Turkish house architecture, has a central sofa plan and two floors. At home, pencil decorations are more noticeable than wood decorations. On the octagonal ceiling of the first floor sofa are the Sultanahmet Mosque, the Dolmabahçe Palace, the Girl's Tower, II. There are paintings with characteristics belonging to the period of Westernization, such as the Mausoleum of Mahmoud, the Wheeled Ship, the Sailing Ship. The mansion not only hosted the Tartan family, but also those who traveled between cities over the years.
