The tomb of Has Yunus Bey

To the south of Enez ⁇ in, inside the cemetery area dating back to the Ottoman period, there is a small chapel known among the people as the Tomb of Has Yunus Bey, the conqueror of Enez ⁇ in. This structure, with a semicircular plan on the east side, a flooded apse and covered with a semicircular dome, must have originally been built as a tomb chapel dating to the Byzantine period. The interior of this chapel, which seems to be dominated by a tradition of church architecture with all its apses, is in the form of a cross with four arms of almost equal size.
