The mausoleum, built for Uryan Baba, whose calendar is believed to be a dervish, resembles Byzantine architecture. There is not much information in the historical sources about the tomb, but as a result of studies, it is believed that the tomb belongs to the 15th century. It's thought to date back to the 19th century. The structure consists of a shrine in the shape of a cone and a small house next to it. According to historians, the tombs played an important role in the Turkish and Muslimization of Anatolia.
