The White Castle (Bijela Tabija)

One of the most valuable historical buildings in Sarajevo, the White Castle is an ideal point to watch the city from the top, which is lined along the Miljacka River. There is an entrance fee to the castle, which is known to have been built around 1550, but it is possible to admire the view without entering the castle. If you turn to the castle gate and continue to the left, the impressive view of Sarajevo will be waiting for you along the small path. What you shouldn't miss at the White Castle is the view of the sunset and a souvenir photo to be taken with the view.
