The story of the restaurant, which began with Mrs. Ayten, a teacher, who, after retiring, wanted to meet her guests by combining the importance she attached to human health and nutrition with the unique flavors of our country, has now grown into two large branches. One of the other two branches of Ayten Hanım, which opened its first branch in 2006, is located in Ulu Önder Park Tepebaşı, the other in Aynalıkahve Odunbazarı.

Şans eseri googledan bulup gittiğimiz mekan. Parkın içerisinde gölün kenarında çok güzel bir restorant. Çalışan ilgisi çok iyi, fiyatlarda tat ve sunuma göre oldukça makul. Balaban köftesi denemelisiniz. Ayranı ve şerbetleride oldukça iyi. Meze olarak ikram edilen peyniri çok beğendik. Fırın sütlacıda efsaneydi. Tüm ürünler tat ve kalite olarak harikaydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Keşke ikram olan peynirden alsaydım sonrasında çok pişman olduk :).

Ailece hafta içi kahvaltıya gittik. Parkın içerisinde, gölün kenarında, yeşillikler içinde oldukça keyifli bir mekan. Destan kahvaltıyı bir kez olsun mutlaka deneyin, yöresel çeşitleri var. Yemekleri çok lezzetli ve sunum özenle hazırlanmış Çalışanlar kibar ve eğitimli. Servis ettikleri yemek hakkında detaylı bilgiye sahipler. Servisi özenli yaptılar, sonrasında masaya devamlı gelerek kontrol ettiler. Çok memnun kaldık, tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Öncelikle şunu söylemeliyim ki dışardan görünüm itibariyle mekan kendini belli ediyor. Girişte yer alan bitkiler ve ağaçlandırmalar çok hoşuma gitti. İlk defa uğradığım bir mekan ve kahvaltısını çok merak ettiğim bir yerdi. Destansı kahvaltısından istedik. Kahvaltı içerisinde yer alan herşeyden istediğiniz kadar yiyebiliyorsunuz. Pahalı olduğuna dair yorumlar mevcut. Pahalı olduğu doğru ancak kanaatimce verilen hizmet ve çok özel lezzetler sunması sebebiyle verilen parayı hallettiğini düşünüyorum. Daha sonrasında yemek içinde ziyaret etmeyi düşünüyorum.

Kahvaltı deyince aklıma gelen ilk mekan, Eskişehir’e her gelişte uğrarım. Bence Türkiye’nin en iyi kahvaltısı. Parkın ortasında, içerisi iyi dekore edilmiş, çeşitler çok lezzetli ve istediğiniz kadar getiriyorlar, her gidişimde yeni çeşitler görüyorum. İş geliştirme var demektir bu. Favorim poşe yumurta ve kaymaklı ballı yufka. Fiyata yorum yapmıyorum ama bu ücreti ödedikten sonra kahveye ilave ücret mantıklı gelmiyor. Marketinden de mutlaka bişeyler alıyorum. Tatil günü gidecekseniz mutlak rezervasyon yapın.

Fiyatlar biraz yüksek onun dışında her şey çok iyi kalite, hizmet, kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterli. Kişi başı 190 TL destan kahvaltı için biraz fazla bittikçe yenisini alabilirsiniz konsepti var ama neyi ne kadar yiyebiliriz en fazla ne alabiliriz. Ben iki sefer gittim ikisinde de sadece ekmek ve pişi tekrar istedik. Kahvaltının detaylarına gelince 1 adet domates 3 kişiye servis ediliyor, salatalık dilimleri adetli 4-5 dilim veriliyor, bir kişiye yarım haşlanmış yumurta veriliyor. Çeşit olarak fazla ama bittikçe alabilirsiniz dedikleri için muhtemelen miltarlar az geliyor ve fiyatta bu sebeplerden dolayı yüksek oluyor. Kişi başı 130-140 TL lik bir kahvaltı. Bunları bir kenara bırakıyorum ve gerçekten Türkiye çapında bir kahvaltı mekanı.
