It's a place that's been producing cheese and ice cream exclusively for themselves for three generations, and it's been doing it for 72 years. The sugar is the original beet sugar, the cheese is the special grated cheese produced just for them, and the trays and pans used are specially produced copper coatings. Everything that's produced isn't left for the next day if it's not finished.
