This is Turolian Park.

Turolian Park, the first in Turkey and the result of the renovation of an old prison into a museum, is a museum worth seeing. Turolian Park, Turkey's first Natural History Museum, was commissioned in 1994. Three fossil deposits have been found at the Ozlüce Mahallesi Kaklıca Tepe site in the east of Menteşe, and the excavated fossils are exhibited as Turolian Age finds in the Natural History section of the Muğla Museum.
