Pazarieri Mosque / Church of Ayios Konstantinos
Built as a Roman church in the 1870s, the building began to be used as a mosque with the increase in the Muslim population in the area. When it was converted into a mosque, the chapel inside was not touched in order to stay true to the original. When praying, the motifs are covered with a veil. This structure, built using the heaped rubble stone technique, meets the common architecture of the two religions and has become a symbol of tolerance for Alachat.
