The Pebble Beach
The Pebble Beach
After visiting the neighborhoods, it's time to spend the hot hours of the day cooling off in the unique waters of the Mediterranean. There are two beaches on the coast closest to the center. One of them is the Stone. One of the most famous blue-flag beaches in Dacia, Taşlık, is located at the entrance of the city, and as the name suggests, the beach is rocky, so it's worth putting a sea shoe in your bag. There's a dressing room on the beach, but no shower or toilet. It is possible to use umbrellas and armchairs by making a purchase of 50 TL (2021) from nearby businesses. Behind the beach, which is free to enter, is the Ilıca Pond, which is considered to be high in sulfur and medicinal. By the way, you can benefit from the water and mud of the lake, also known as the "Byzantine Pool".
