Tarihin daha tarih olmadığı zamandan kalan dünyanın en eski kliselerinden birtanesi Tibet Klisesi Artvin Şavşat Tibet ( Cevizli ) köyünde bulunmaktadır . Yabancı turist ziyaretçisi çok oluyor. Yerli çok nadir. Restorasyonu yapılıp Turizmi canlandırılması lazım.

Şavşat'ın Cevizli köyünde bir kilise. Duvarları hala ayakta. Tavanı çökmüş. Görülmesi gereken bir tarihi eser.Ulaşımı kolay. Yolları güzel.

Köyün adı Tibet, kilisenin adı Tibet Kilisesidir. Köyün yeni adı Cevizli Köyü'dür. Bundan başka şekilde yazılan tüm yazım şekilleri maksatlı ve yanlıştır. Köy bir Türk köyüdür. Mesket Türkleri ve Kıpçakların yaşadığı tarihi köydür
