The Walking Pavilion is a wooden frame structure with a square plan. It's surrounded by columns. On the entrance floor of the pavilion, with the entrance door to the east, there is a small room, a living room, a toilet-shower and a meeting hall with a sea view covered with crystal glass. On the upper floor, which is accessed by wooden stairs to the right of the entrance door, there is a lounge, a bedroom, a toilet and a bathroom, and at the end of a short corridor to the north there is a door leading to a terrace. The kitchen was not built in the mansion at the request of Atatürk.
