Caferiye Camii (külliyesi) 1645 yalında yapılmış, özellikleri olan bir camidir. Ahşap mimberi onarım ve değişiklikler yapılsada orijinaldir. Kubbe içinde kaside-i bürde yazılıdır. Mihrap üstünde ve içindeki mermer levhalar orjinal ve Türkçedir. Mihrap üzerindeki yazı; Ne hoş vaz oldu mihrabu mimber Görendir şanuna Allahu ekber Hiretdan işittim tarihin ânın Didi tarihtir (âsâr-ı Cafer) sene 1055 Kürsü ve müezzinliğe duvar içindeki merdivenlerden çıkılmaktadır. Caminin altında çilehane vardır. Son dönemde tefriş edilmiştir. Cami duvarlarında ses akustiğini düzenlemek için delikler vardır. Kitabesi üst katta olup 380 yıllık olmasına rağmen, diğer yazılar gibi yeni yazılmış gibidir.

Kare plan üzerine tek kubbeli inşa edilen Osmanlı eseridir. Kitabesi 1645 yılını işaret eden eser, şehrin ana caddesi Cumhuriyet Caddesi uzerinde. Hacı Cafer tarafından yaptırılmış eser yanında halen aktif bir medrese bulunmaktadır.
