The Karvansaray of the Ox Mehmet Pasha

The historic caravanserai, which was built in 1618 by Öküz Mehmet Pasha together with the Kaleiçi Mosque, is located near the dock in the center of Kuşadası. With its wide courtyard, rectangular structure and imposing brick walls, the caravanserai, one of the most remarkable buildings of Kuşadası, was restored in 1966 and is now open for use as a tourist facility.
