There are two different Trojans in Canakkale. The original Trojan Horse is located in the ancient city of Troy. The Trojan horse in the Cordon, the center of Canakkale, is the Trojan horse used in the movie Troy, starring Brad Pitt. The horse used in the film is being brought to Çanakkale from Japan by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for exhibition. With a height of 12.4 meters, a width of 6 meters and a length of 10 meters, the Trojan Horse weighs about 12 tons. The Trojan Horse weighs about 12 tons, measuring 13 feet [4 m] by 20 feet [6 m] and 10 feet [10 m] long.
