There are many valleys in Cappadocia. The most popular of these are in Goreme National Park. Formed by the erosion of floodwaters over millions of years, these valleys also contain fairy chimneys and ancient settlements.

The best places to see the fairy chimneys are the Valley of the Monks and the Zelve Valley, which are among the most visited valleys. Apart from this, the Pigeon Valley, famous for its pigeons, the popular destination for 4×4 Jeep Safari and ATV Safari tours, the Valley of Love, the Meskendir Valley, preferred by trekking enthusiasts due to its long hiking trails, the Red Hole Valley, where you can see the most beautiful sunrise and sunset, and of course the Ihlara Valley, a hidden paradise, are other famous valleys that you can see in the Cappadocia Region.
