Sevgili Dayım, Şaşkın Damat, Tosun Paşa, Şabanoğlu Şaban, Gol Kralı, Orta Direk Şaban, Süt Kardeşler, Neşeli Günler, Cafer'in Çilesi, Kanlı Nigar, Cici Kız burada çekilmiş filmler arasında. Ayastefanos antlaşmasının bu köşkte imzalandığı söyleniyor. Şuan restorasyon aşamasında.

Şabanoğlu Şaban v.b. birçok Türk filminin çekildiği köşk. Yeşilköy Roma dondurmacısının karşı çaprazında. Yıllardır yanından geçerim farketmemistim. Ta ki bu film nerede çekildi diye arastirana kadar... Filmden bir sahne açıp karşısına geçtim. Gerçekten çok enteresan. Bahçeyi gezebilmeyi ve hatta evi gezebilmeyi çok isterdim. Ancak özel mülk sanıyorum. Tavsiye ederim. Dışından da olsa gezmek güzel.

Yeşilköy ün o meşhur eski köşklerinin en meşhuru dur.Yeşilçam klasiklerinin en az 5-6 tanesi burada çekildi.25 milyona satılığa çıkmıştı en son, keşke birileri alıp ta her odasında bu filmlerden mizansen ler sergilese.
