It was built in 1905 during the reign of the Cretan Ahmet Fuat Pasha. The exterior is the only example decorated with Kutahya Chinese in 1907. It is one of the remarkable structures of late Ottoman architecture. Inside the building is a mosque whose walls are decorated with tiles. The listed monument, restored in 1999, now serves as the Palace of Justice.
