It is located one kilometer southeast of the village of Nebihani on a hill with an altitude of 2105 meters, starting from the Pasinler plain and passing through the back of the Palandöken Mountains and opening into the Erzurum plain from the valley. According to the project prepared by Shahap Pasha, it was built between 1884 and 1896 on a crescent-shaped plan consisting of four different buildings connected to each other. Only one of the buildings is intact.
