It was completed in 1299 along with the Eshrefoglu Mosque. There are huge domes made of stone bricks. It was repaired in the 16th century during the reign of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent. It was repaired during the reign of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent. One of the rarest examples of Turkish stonework, it is one of the oldest carvings in Anatolia. The building, which was renovated by the General Directorate of Foundations in 1975, is today considered an Exhibition and Meeting Hall.
