Akşehir'imizin sembolü, ziyadesiyle lezzetle peynir baklavası yapan nadide mekandır. Otantik atmosferi, içerisinde Akşehir tarihini anlatan fotoğraflar vardır. Akşehir'li meşhur ailelerin soyadlarını barındıran tablo vardır ki içerisinde nice komik soyadlar vardır. Dışarıdan gelen misafirler için konaklama yapabileceği yerdir. Peynir baklavası denenmesi gereklidir.
