            The Pantheon of Rome
The Pantheon, one of only a few in the world, was built between 118 and 125 C.E. in admiration of Rome's powerful sense of architecture.
It was once described as the "Temple of All the Gods". The construction of this structure was commissioned by Emperor Hadrian.
Unlike other Pantheons, it can be called a giant dome. Because volcanic ash was used in the construction of this part, the structure has remained intact for thousands of years.
