It was built in the second half of the century. There are two parts to it: harem and peace. The building material is cut stone. As a result of the material and moral support provided by retired governors Cemal Mirkelamoğlu, the mansion was purchased and restored in 1991 on behalf of the Special Administration of the Governorate of Şanlıurfa.
